Refund policy

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

You may request an order cancellation, return, or exchange within ten (10) calendar days from the date you receive your invoice or order confirmation email, subject to the conditions below:


Non-Eligible Items

A cancellation, return, or exchange cannot be processed if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tested,
  • The product has been customized or tailored to your specifications,
  • The original packaging, seals, or protective wrapping have been removed,
  • The product has been altered, damaged, or modified in any way after delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Completely unused,
  • In their original condition,
  • With all original packaging, labels, and seals intact,
  • Free from any signs of tampering, use, or damage.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be discarded at the customer’s responsibility.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must report it within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To process the claim, you must provide:

  • A clear image of the product, and
  • A clear image of the product inside the original packaging as received (including the outer box or bag).

This is required for verification and for filing a report with the shipping partner. Claims submitted without this visual proof cannot be processed.


Fees

Unless the issue is due to a defective item or a packing/shipping error by Paramarche or our courier partners, a $3 processing fee will apply to each cancellation, return, or exchange request.

Only requests that fully comply with this policy will be processed.


Refund & Cancellation Process

Approved refunds will be issued either:

  • As store credit / gift card, or
  • Through the original payment method, when applicable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
