Magn� B6

Magn� B6 60 Capsules an over-the-counter medication containing magnesium lactate and vitamin B6. Magne B6 is used to address magnesium deficiencies, which can occur due to: insufficient magnesium intake, intense physical exertion, chronic stress, or lack of adequate sleep. Magnesium deficiency can manifest itself through a range of symptoms related to the muscular system (eyelid twitching, muscle spasms, gastrointestinal cramps) and the nervous system (restlessness, mild anxiety, irritability, mood swings).

Always use Magne B6 exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. If you have any questions, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse.

Therapeutically, adults take 6 to 8 tablets a day (in 2—3 divided doses).

Magne B6 can also be used in children over 6 years of age (when the body weight is about 20 kg or more) - 4 to 6 tablets a day are used (in 2-3 divided doses).

Magne B6 tablets should be taken with meals and water.

The active substances of the drug are magnesium lactate dihydrate (Magnesii lactas dihydricus) and pyridoxine hydrochloride (Pyridoxini hydrochloridum).

Each film-coated tablet contains 48 mg of magnesium ions and 5 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Excipients: sucrose, heavy kaolin, gum arabic, carboxypolymethylene 934, talc, magnesium stearate. Shell: gum arabic, sucrose, titanium dioxide, talc, carnauba wax.
