Daily use, as much as needed.

1. Remove makeup with Micellar Water or Cleansing Gel
2. Apply and massage 2 -3 pumps of Blemish Control Gel to the face, avoiding the eye area, and focusing on blemishes and spots
3. In the morning, rinse face with water and apply Nourishing Cream

For in-clinic treatments: Prior to treatment, use twice daily for 2 weeks
