Wet your hair & scalp Thoroughly with warm water, take a sufficient amount of the shampoo & distribute it to your wet hair & scalp, massage gently with fingertips to work it into the scalp ( this helps break up flakes & improve circulation, leave it on for about 2-5mins, rinse thoroughly until all shampoo is washed out. How often to use ( 2 phases): intensive phase ( 3 times/week for 4 weeks - Maintenance phase (to prevent return) once a week
