Apply generously about 15 to 20 minutes before sun exposure, allow to penetrate well. Reapply regularly every 2 hours to ensure protection, especially after swimming or towelling. PRECAUTIONS: Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid the sun in the middle of the day and use protective clothing, hats and eye wear. Over-exposure to the sun is a serious health threat. Even high SPF sun protection products do not completely protect against UV radiation. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Sun protection products can cause discoloration of textiles and other materials.
