Application: Soften a small amount (about a pea-sized amount) between your fingertips.
Target Area: Apply gently to the entire nipple and areola area.
Frequency (Post-natal): Apply before and after breastfeeding, or as needed to maintain moisture and comfort.
Frequency (Pre-natal): Use sparingly once or twice daily during the third trimester to help condition the skin and improve elasticity.
Other Uses: Can be applied before/after showering for protection or used to treat dry skin, cracked heels, or chapped lips.
